We have just visited Charlottehøj Fysioterapi and inquired for an interview - we are to send them an email and they will then confer with each other whether they have time for an interview

It's great that you are talking to people and gathering information and inspiration! Depending on the area you have decided to focus on you should consider making a small, open survey or several small informal interviews that could give you inspiration and a sense of what it is actually like living with a disease/handicap or being close to someone who lives with it.
